Everyone have unforgettable experiences, so do I. My most terrible experience happened just before my Easter holiday.
Before the Easter holiday, I joined a debate course and I was excited about it since it was my first time to debate. However, I felt dizzy and unwell after school on the eleventh of April. I had a fever and went to see a doctor. The doctor said that I had a cold. Therefore I rested at home in the next few days.
However, I still had a fever five days later so I went to the hospital. The doctor asked me to have a X-ray check. Unfortunately, the results shows that I had pneumonia and needed to stay at the hospital for the next few days. I was disappointed with the results because I couldn't join the first four lessons which was held on the next two days.
Staying in the hospital ward was really boring. There were neither books or toys so boredom was the most terrible problem. I also couldn't see my parents after eight o'clock at night every day. I was very lonely at that time. Also, injections were done three times a day, and one of them was at midnight. How painful was it!
At last, I left the hospital last Sunday. In this experience, I learnt that health is valuable and I will care more about my personal hygiene since the doctor said the sickness was caused due to bad hygiene. I hope I will get well soon and join the last two debate lessons tomorrow.
